So I want to make a movie that is completely casted with midgets but they have to seem like they are regular sized people. So Im wondering which is the best way to go about this.
A. Have all of them wear stilts under their outfits
B. Make all of the sets and props scaled down to make them look like theyre normal sized
C. have them wear green screen suits and piggyback on regular sized people who are also wearing green screen suits, and just CG it

You could try what the late great David Lynch did in mulholland drive with Michael j Anderson and make a regular man prosthetics suit for your midge actors. Granted I don't know how they'll actual move in one, also it's uncanny as all fuck
I like the idea of stilts because they could get injured, but then they would have t-rex arms, but you could maybe have puppeteered normal arms which would add to the uncanny factor. For the sake of simplicity I go with B.
