Can you rule-lawyer your way into heaven?

If anything those people would be the only ones burning in Hell for being obnoxious niggers trying to skirt the rules.

They can fear consequences or at least want to avoid them... that isn't really the same thing.
They're incapable of recognizing when they were in the wrong. They could be a mass murderer and child rapist who spent a decade in jail before being exacuted, and they will wholly believe that their punishment was unjustified and that they deserve to pass through the pearly gates without an ounce of shame.

No, they really don't. They're physically incapable of it. Just try looking up clinical diagnosis instead of TikTok diagnoses.
There is no such thing as being incapable of guilt. No matter how much they try to lie to themselves and others that they aren't. What "TikTok diagnoses"? What kind of weird projection is that? I have never once set foot in the tiktok app or watched a single tiktok video, you have no idea what you're talking about.

Them being sociopathic or narcissistic doesn't mean they're immune from feeling guilt. They may try to lie to themselves, but they know the truth deep down.

Anyway, that's just an allegory, it's a watered-down version of how Hell and Heaven would actually function if they existed. If you have no guilt, there's nothing in Hell to torture you with, but the problem is no matter who you are there is no such thing as being immune from guilt. The truly guilty drag themselves down to Hell. While no person is 100% innocent, the idea is that if you're more good than not, you'll go to Heaven, or at least, that's my interpretation.

I have a hard time believing someone who did something so egregious would actually be able to convince themselves that they aren't guilty in the slightest.

I don't know how to feel about the fact that you seem to think individuals with severe mental illnesses and handicaps still "deep down" think the same as you.

Uh, NO, you can't.

Because the ultimate judge of all this is GOD.

And last I checked, God is... what's the word?... OMNISCIENT.

The conversation would go something like this:

SINNER: "I didn't technically sin, because--"

GOD: "Nice try haha get fucked." (pulls a lever which opens a pit dropping the Sinner straight into a lake of fire)
