This is unironically a rare level of economic literacyI don’t really care what the price is- if it goes down that’s fine, maybe my kid can afford something. The money is all fake and shit now, who knows what’s happening.
Ontario accounts for the majority of Canada's population and housing capacity. If everyone leave there won't be enough houses anywhere else. Stay the fuck out of Alberta.Since most of our problems is housings, costs of living and immigration I just randomly thought of some ideas if you can't leave Canada or choose to remain here
* Leave Ontario. The entire province is unaffordable. Same with a British Columbia. The so called affordable parts of these provinces are laughable (700k affordable? Okay).
* Don't ever attend any sort of anti government protest. These protests have become more common due to our deteriorating standard of living. I've heard of the RCMP opening up files on people for this or of course as most of you know, people have had their bank accounts frozen. Protests are likely to become more violent in the future towards people who are protesting so this is a bad idea. It also doesn't change anything. See Exhibit A : The truckers.
* I strongly recommend leaving Ontario however if you are mid to low income worker with a working spouse or partner and also have children you may be eligible for a "habitat for humanity" mortgage. The waiting list is fairly long and they prefer immigrants but I have seen people get a beautiful home out of this before with a cheap mortgage (700-1300 a month. Yes Really).
* Skilled trades are the way to go if you're up for it. Just don't live in those specific provinces I mentioned and you should be able to build a life for yourself.

How is the Pajeet situation in Alberta these days?
They are absolutely destroying everything in Ontario, they are absolutely the biggest problem demographic based on their sheer volume and lack of skills, fake credentials, effort, arrogance, hygiene etc... Years ago it was fine you would have one or two of them and they would be more inclined to try and work at Western standards and overall they are generally friendly in pathetic sort of way. They are also the most physically pathetic people I can think of, I truly think the average white Canadian 15 year old could beat up 2 adult Pajeets.
They literally busted a homeless drug ring that infested all of the C-Train stations last year. A friend lives in a tower on 6th ave that is always in the news for things such as murder and a bear corpse. There's way more crime then is acceptable. They seem to actually integrate pretty well. The West has less of a parallel society problem (except with natives) so they generally change their behaviors to conform to the rest of their area. The NE of Calgary has slightly higher crime, but that is generally the cause of Somalis and Lebanese.

Globe & Mail ran a story this weekend, 23% of homes in Ontario they could identify as being "investor owned". The "housing crisis" could be solved overnight through tax code if anyone actually wanted to and nay a single additional home need be built. People should expect the "investor" situation to get way worse and no one is going to be building anything regardless of PP being elected next year.
It's a personal choice thing for people but whatever people decide: leave your phones behind if you are likely to go anywhere near a protest. The authorities will geofence and identify you and your phone whether anyone see's your face or not. Phone on, phone off debatably doesn't matter (ie, the iPhone becomes a giant airtag when it's off). One stroke of a pen in Ottawa and you become a suspect for terrorism or hate crimes, etc under some extrodinarily flexible emergency measures. On the off chance Bell and Rogers doesn't immediately identfy you Apple or Google will if it's muh' racisms.
The bruce peninsula is primo cottage country for Toronto people and is full of injuns, plus there is no work out there.I think I pointed this out before, you don't have to leave Ontario- but the same way you had 'white flight' out of Chicago, Detroit, etc.
That's coming soon. Go north, go to Sudbury, go to North Bay, go to the Bruce Peninsula, etc.
Literally, just leave the golden horseshoe. Thats the source of all your problems in Ontario basically (sans Ottawa, KW, and London I guess)
Or yeah, go to Alberta I guess. But internal migration is your friend.
