Canada is a failed state

It wasn't young women who voted Liberal in 2015. It was boomers who were nostalgic for their youths, of which his father was a prominent fixture. That made enough of them switch from voting Conservative to Liberal to sweep the Trudeau Liberals into power. And then they won the next two elections strictly on the incompetence of the Conservative Party.

There is a nationwide protest against the Carbon Tax hike that's gonna happen on April and it seems that 100,000 people will be there to orchestrate it.

Well... just don't join the facebook group from a real FB account and use a VPN outside of 14 eyes. Don't bring your phone and don't show your face. If pigs start grabbing people randomly and arresting them you better run like your life is about to be over. You know, totally normal freedom/democracy in a free country stuff.

So what would this accomplish? Some guy who threatens to shoot up a mosque isn't going to hang out there and shoot the shit (no pun intended). For those who don't know, Canada was founded by loyalists, people who wanted to stay with the Crown so badly they willingly exiled themselves to a frozen (for half the year) wasteland. We were the kind of people that saw a poster like this and said "I'll vote for him" .

So when we lost the old master, we were desperately in search of a new one, and it could not be America because they were the country we fled from in the first place. So instead it became the then-emerging United Nations. Our pride of being the shock troops of World War One became pride in the "peacekeeping" missions, our reflexive anti-Americanism became directed at the Republican Party. The contrast between old and new Canada is so great that our modern ideologues have given the first PM the Robert E. Lee treatment.

It's probably no coincidence that the airport that linked us with this new world commonwealth is named after Lester Pearson, the man who "resolved" the Suez Crisis by handing the region over to the UN and was rewarded with a Nobel Peace Prize. He was also the PM who changed the flag to today's leaf. Much of the reason for our recent insanity is that we're one of the few countries that still takes the UN seriously, so as the UN becomes increasingly dominated by third-rate lunatics our policies mirror their ramblings.

To be honest, random protests wont matter. Protests outside MP's houses will.

A guy on FB claimed recently that a Liberal MP in Quebec was called a cunt and had to flee a grocery store after being confronted while shopping.

Being a Liberal politician needs to be treated the same as a leper. Make them know theyre a fucking cancer, and any corporation that hires them after Trudeau's defeat should be bullied.

Would an effective protest be figuring out where they live and putting up posters in their neighborhood and nearby grocery stores with their face, name, political party, and how they voted on key things?
