How do you negotiate with this? You cannot hate yourself and your own countrymen so much to not be able to see that this is an unreasonable proposition which cannot be respected because the goal post of respect will be moved on every concession until proper annexation. Negotiations assume both parties are relatively sane and willing to compromise. Trump is not willing to compromise at all given all of his recent actions.
