I fucking wish anyone in this shithole cared one third of the amount Trump does for his country. We deserve everything we get and I am really fucking bitter about it.

How can you guys import so many brilliant Indian scientists every year and still not be able to make your own nuclear weapons? Is it a lack of competent researchers, or has the ECCC banned all the industries you would need to acquire the resources?

The crackhead's brother said these tariffs are basically an act of economic war against Canada. Trudeau directly called it a trade war. What about all the tariffs Canada already has on the importation of American goods? Are those acts of economic friendship?

Every ally signed a non-nuclear treaty in 1970, but building nukes is incredibly easy by today's standards, it's not like building microchips, even NK can do it and we have by far the highest grade uranium mines in the world. US nuclear superiority isn't because the 1940s technology is somehow stumping countries, building your own nukes is seen as an act of aggression unless your Israel.

The tariff shit is mind numbing and shows how reactionary and uninformed everyone is. You know the US has had tariffs on everyone else for years? Ever gone through customs and had to declare stuff or pay duties on declared goods? those are Tariffs. They aren't new and they aren't exclusionary to Canada vs USA or USA vs Canada.

Yes our leaders are retarded and gay, but so were yours literally 2 months ago, and hopefully soon ours will be less retarded and gay. I like Trump and I love the West but I also love Canada and I wish for prosperity and happiness to all the Western world despite whatever bullshit is going on in the world.

Individuals declaring stuff through customs is not remotely comparable to commercial export-import companies hauling tons of goods over the border. Also, Trump was the one who negociated the USMCA which replaced NAFTA. He's the one responsible for the bad trade he wants to complain about today.

They are one and the same and that is my point. The CBP collected over $77 Billion in tariffs in 2024, it doesn't matter if it's a single person bringing it in or large export-import companies running trucks or ocean liners.

Which a lie by omission. First of all, the Canadian border is not as strictly watched as the Mexican border which means it's far easier to smuggle across. The actual percentage in total is unknown. The 1% line comes from actual busts on the border.

But the other issue is it's not Fentanyl itself being smuggled. It's the precursor chemicals from the Asian compounding labs. They are shipped into Canada and then moved across the border to the USA where they are then assembled in trailer park meth labs to the drug.

Which is royally pissing off the US government with Ottawa. This deliberate not quite a lie, lie. Which is being repeated by the current administrations political enemies. Whoever is advising Trudeau is a moron. Because if your goal is to avoid antagonizing the leadership of the only country you share a land border with, it's probably not advisable to play definitional "akshually" games with them, for the benefit of their domestic political rivals.

He doesn't sound like a leadership figure in the movement, just a fan in the Telegram groups.

- an anonymous complaint came in during Aug '21 from a citizen that an unrelated cop was chumming around with Jeremy MacKenzie
- the York police chief, not knowing who MacKenzie was, dedicated 6O days!!! of "White Nationalist expert" non-uniformed officers unit resources, at least two officers doing intel, Pearson and another Greek guy
- they gathered their intel for two months expertly...by watching Raging Dissident's videos and following their Telegram channels
- Jeremy wasn't even in their jurisdiction at the time (living in Saskatchewan, originally from Nova Scotia), nor had he committed any crimes/beem charged
- through the Telegram channels, they found two potential Diagolon "cells" in the York Region unhappy with COVID restrictions, talking about being gun enthusiasts and arranging meetups to shoot
- the officers found a picture of Schill and MacKenzie together at some point, no connection to MacKenzie actually participating in any firearm meet-ups in York Region AFAICT
- officer declares himself " White Nationalism expert"
- labels Diagolon and the York cells as antilockdown, angry, antigovernment, militia-like
- uses the fact that MacKenzie held up Devon Stack's The Day of the Rope fictional novel on stream as NeoNazi ties
- references Stack's title itself refers to a chapter in The Turner Diaries fictional book written by another alleged NeoNazi about a race civil war where minorities are hung
- lots of pearlclutching that the York Dag cells like guns, shoot guns in the woods, might do training beyond shooting static paper targets and lots of garment rending over the ownership of body armour
- during the 60 day surveillance op, a member of the Telegram using his real name Gary Schill, gets arrested for an unrelated DV incident with his spouse. She apparently scratches his face and jumps on his back first, he chokes her to the point of incontinence in response.
- the York DV unit charges them both with assault, though both later are dismissed
- the York extremist unit uses the DV pretense to raid Schill's home. They seize his electronic devices and search his garage where they find loose shell cartridges and a setup to reload ammo.

TL; DR
- York Police assigned a counterterrorism unit to investigate Diagolon and MacKenzie for two months in Aug '21, 6 months before the convoy, for a man not even in their jurisdiction, likely based on an antifa or Canadian Anti-Hate Network complaint that he was friends with one of their officers
- they labeled him a White Nationalist extremist threat because he didn't like COVID restrictions or the government and read Devon Stack (Blackpilled)
- associated regional Telegram channels talked publicly about liking guns and getting together to shoot in the woods
- one of these local York fans only known to MacKenzie in a selfie choked out his wife, allowing the glowies to raid Schill's house for his computers and guns

I mentioned just the other day in that thread about the German guy who was arrested for playing Rucka Rucka Ali songs that I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest to learn Toronto Police Services were operating outside of Ontario given they already operate all over Ontario. Glad to know I was right yet again.

Hopefully if we do get annexed, only civilians get American citizenship. Government workers, elected officials, feds, cops, and bureaucrats (and their families) should be rendered stateless.
