I think that it was this thread that I said it in about a year ago, after the war went down in Ukraine and we declared that we'd bring over a bunch of Ukrainians as refugees, there was no way that we wouldn't go even crazier to bring in everyone from some Middle East shithole whether they're in an actual warzone like Gaza or otherwise. Since Canadians of all stripes (at least in the mainstream) were all for bringing in the Ukrainians there's no way they can deny bringing in these other people since they'll be accused of racism otherwise which is nearly on par with being called a child molester in the minds of a lot of people.

The issue is, after dealing with a lot of them in the last few years, Indians specifically are fucking dumb, man. I don't know if it's because their education system isn't great, or the pollution or what, but like most Indian men I have met working here day to day are stupid. Not stupid as in "I don't speak English and don't understand what you're saying," but stupid as in literally retarded.

Meanwhile, I'm unable to find a local shop that isn't staffed entirely by brown people. I have no clue what happened to the members of the local community that used to work in these places. Pushed out? Said fuck it and quit? Who knows, but current hiring practices are clearly totally racist. No way 100% brown staff can be considered accidental. These shops used to be legit multicultural and staffed by a colorful local crowd. The clear racism of it all has me feeling somekinda way.
