I think a lot of fools that support year round DST, and perhaps the retarded politicians pushing this now will realize what a dumbass idea it is to be DST year round after experiencing the next winter with the aforementioned. About halfway into this video and the guy is absolutely spot-on with everything. This guy came to the same conclusions I did despite a totally different life experience. His framing of Canadian identity as "lacking ambition" is so accurate it almost hurts.

Which is frankly such an unproductive and regressive mindset to have. I remember the days when Canadians would travel across the border to shop and get gas and enjoy the amenities America offers that Canada doesn't. The majority of Canadians seem to be content to wallow in the shit (literally, considering the demographics). I meanwhile will be going to the states this spring to enjoy a week away from Indians and Elbozos.

I thought to add onto this however it seems that Canadian identity itself is purely predicated off of very loose "being polite", or something like that. I want to ask fellow Canadians here, but when people think of Australia they think of the ANZACs, crocodile Dundee etc. We have a really unique, molded identity thanks to mostly mass media representation and reputation during war time. Why does specifically Canada not have this/tries to imitate this? To me it just seems Canadians are trying desperately to be like Australians, in a lot of ways.
I actually think Canada will issue travel warnings towards countries that oppose China, like Japan. Also the Japanese libs are their conservative party, and pretty conservative too, THAT MEANS CARNEY SHOOK HANDS WITH A FASCIST!!!
The only other countries who have this mindset are dictatorships like China and Russia, and even then, more and more people in those types of countries are waking up, especially younger people (I mean most Iranians for example didn't fall for decades of propaganda from their government).
