I know nobody believes his sob story (except maybe @RustedPeacock , although my read on RP is that he's actually a nonce himself, and knows full well what Phil is up to), but just in case you want proof to bring to the cops: here it is, from Phil's own mouth. He has no intention to avoid minors from now on. He is going to keep contacting minors until someone else stops him.

Death threats are funny, and so is telling him to kill himself. However, sadly, nobody here has the means or opportunity to kill him, and Phil's certainly not going to kill himself, no matter how much you egg him on.

If you, dear reader, manage to get his phone number or home address, don't fuck around. Don't let him get wind of what's going on. Call the police before you do anything else. Call the police before you post his dox, call the police before you phone him and scream "julllaaaaayyyyy", call the police before you get your bag of cement and plane ticket ready.
