Feedback Can't log in on my phone

This happens occasionally but this morning it was really bad. Whenever I try to log in it directs me to the sign up page and says the email is already in use. Its an android phone and I just use the default internet app
 
Is the default browser Chrome?
 
Go to the play store and search for chrome see whether you're given the option to download it or open it. If it's download, do that. Don't use those crappy little browsers that the carriers make themselves. They're full of bad shit.

I do have Chrome, but for some reason on my phone I just got used to the other app so I don't use it. What do you mean bad shit?
 
Assume that they're doing everything that the EULA says they can.
Also, those browsers tend to be quite behind on updates, so your security is likely at risk too.
 
I used to have this problem occasionally on Android with Chrome but only if I tried to log in using my email address. It's never happened when I log in using my username.
 
I have had no problems with the default Android browser and logging in with it.

The closest thing to a default Android browser is Chrome. Some shitty third party browser created by a cell phone carrier to spy on you, etc. is not really the default.

I'm talking about Android as a whole, not any specific device. The Google/Motorola devices that don't have any carrier/manufacturer-specific customizations are generally very good guides for what the basic Android defaults are, and those all come with Chrome as their browser.
Some manufacturers, such as LG, also do very little customization. LG's default browser? Chrome.
All I'm saying is that nobody should be surprised that some shitty browser from a company that doesn't really care about the quality of its browser has a lot of compatibility issues, and that anyone using one of them would be much better off if they changed to Chrome or Dolphin.
