RE4 demaster maybe sold well, Dead Rising one not so much. It was already a niche game even when it came out and the cult following it amounted for 20 years basically spit in disgust at it, except for a few edge fanboy cases. Normalfags, on the other hand, largely ignored it because surprise surprise, it is still too hard and complex even when you casualize it as much as possible and quite literally paint big yellow arrows saying "GO HERE RETARD"

I don't see people talking about either. Sure, maybe the profits are enough, but remember we're talking about big companies here, not small indie studios. The line always has to go up, and I doubt that's still the case, with their recent output of garbage and bad PR it would be charitable to say the line stagnated. They need a big W, fast, and they already squandered two of their biggest opportunities. What else are they going to remaster now, God Hand so that IGN can give it a 3/10 a second time?
