Jesus christ can someone please tell sargon to stop wearing short sleeve shirts with a blazer, did no one ever teach him how to dress, its like rule 1 after dont button up the bottom button (though he fucked that one up aswell). Suit jackets are not coats you just put over to keep warm. If you want to look semi formal/professional and friendly wear a waistcoat and roll the sleeves up. The waistcoat will also hide your gut a little. For someone as focused on classical english values and culture, not knowing suit etiquette is sad.

Quick google search for how to wear a suit brings up plenty of stuff to make yourself not look like a child at his first job interview. It wouldnt suprise me if sargon turned around and the Blazer vents were still stitched together.
