I once read about a strange phonomina present in male homosexuals. Apparently over time they begin to change the way they behave, eat, exercise and dress to become more like each other. Maybe this cartoon is accurate instead of lazy.

If Craig McFucking Cracken can't get one of 16 original concepts through to a big company like that, what hope does anybody else have?
on a (very) slightly related note, is the reason that every new show has an explicitly-diverse cast and/or crew behind it because these companies literally refuse to let anything original through unless it helps their DEI score somehow?
Netflix will fail sooner or later.

This isn't like 2007, the writers actually are one of the problem in Hollywood rn. Hell, doing this at this time is probably even worse for many reasons.

Plus, writers back in the 2000s still written stories good or bad. By the 2010s, they just write fanfiction of an existing IP, and consoomers will defend the product for mundane reasons. In order for the strike to not happen, they need to, oh I dunno, ACTUALLY WRITE AN ORIGINAL STORY AND NOT SOMETHING COMPLETELY WOKE.

we could have had a new Craig McCracken show, but people nowadays don't care about originality they want to see the thing they already know and make fan-fiction of it, we truly live in a dead culture.
By this point, AI will the be the future of the industry while these so-called writers will finally be unemployed. Part of me doesn't want robots to take over, but I'm sure glad that they are doing so just to piss of leftists and trannies.
