We've moved on from Wastelandia posting but this caught my attention and I listened to this while I got groceries at Kroger.


Many weird arguments like saying "people are only hating cause a yter made it." And talking about how "people are jealous". Such weird angles and assumptions. No, I dont like it cause its talking animal cartoons inspired by Downtown or Kitty Bobo, shit is done to death. Even when production started in 2021 on Wastelandia I saw a few cartoons like it even back in 2017 and I didnt like it then. And the references were very surface level and passive in Wastelandia

We seriously need to screen every single fucking animator working on these shows at this point and only rehire the ones who don't have an open portfolio of their fetish art.

Oh hey that's DaftPina, you know the Art Commentary Community guy that got into a shitspat with animation storytime youtubers and drama until he was eventually forced out due to being a snake and scummy lying faggot. He has a thread here, it's dead now because nobody gives a fuck what this guy does or thinks on anything regarding online figures and animation, even after "rebranding".

I'm baffled at people calling this thing good or decent. I was talking to a close friend who has his own project (it's pretty good but I won't share out of respect for his privacy.) Anyways we talked about how irritating it is when cartoons make their influences too obvious or shallow. All these Y2Kisms Pan does feel like substitutions for characters with personalities. The issue is Pan is clearly not a writer or a voice actor. If he worked with someone to make the writing good and instead focused on production, supervising it could have been okay.
Also the super autistic fixation on different forms of animation is just going to alienate normies and make it so no one picks this up for a show. I'd feel bad but Pan has burned so many relationships by being a wishy washy faggot that it's his own fault this project will never go anywhere.

WHY IS IT OVER 31 MINU-OH YEAH AD REVENUE AAAA

The stunted animation and some of the dialogue makes it feel like a current year-ified budget bleeding version of those sonic parodies made by that one guy on newgrounds. Current year-ified being the writing styles being shit and less funny, not talking about time frame. (though they are over a decade nearing 2 decades now for a LOT of them but YOU GET THE POINT.)

OH god some of them ARE two decades old now 2005 was now 20 years ago HELP! HELP! HELP! NIGHTMARE!

In a media landscape cluttered with talentless mediocre nobodies that have no drive or discipline to make anything meaningful or worth watching, creating digital landfill that clogs the pipes of the internet and preventing people with an actual skill from bubbling to the surface, imagine thinking "What if you didn't even need to do the bare minimum of making it yourself?"

I don't get how you can see the creative works from something like redline devolve into the narcissistic laziness of wastelandia and think oh yeah lets kick this puppy into overdrive.
