Not even orange man? That puts him head and shoulders above everyone else
They all hate orange man, as well as elon musk. But if you take their cartoons away they view you as an even worse personNot even orange man? That puts him head and shoulders above everyone else

this meme video from tiktok basically explains the average warner bros cartoon larper. They all hate orange man, as well as elon musk. But if you take their cartoons away they view you as an even worse person
Its bad enough cartoon autists hate this man, then you've got the actual animation people at warner bros who are complaining about how "they need their royalties" and then Eric bauza getting cheered for the coyote vs acme thing, and its all just one big autistic fight.
this guy pictured was talking about not only the tubi deal with warner but the longer one from almost a year ago was about a box set release of ben 10
This is some really good shit BTW. I was shocked to find bookstores carrying this big slab of actual jokes but here we are.Angry Youth Comix
Did he have to make the background music so loud? I'm having trouble hearing what he's saying.this meme video from tiktok basically explains the average warner bros cartoon larper.

i'll be dipped in shit it is, didn't expect to hit lolcow paydirt
remember his vice magazine christmas comicJohnny Ryan
It's getting really fucking boring how few animators seem to actually draw these days. No one making cartoons sits at their desk drawing for fun the same way a fashion designer might, and I think that's very weird. However, the Bluey guy is likely just trying to save his company money and/or avoid slave labour by going super on-model with a hint of Michael Cusack. It looks exactly the same as every other adult animated show, I can hear the cursing and sex jokes through the still image
For @Chromeo and anyone else who has not yet heard the good word.Probably the best use of referencing ZARDOZ

"Asian Americans" are so funny because they're just Americans who can't figure out that their "family trauma" comes from being Californian and no one in Asia watches or reads their dumb shit.View attachment 8617782
Observe the originality: an Asian American cartoon addressing gender-related trauma and mother issues..
Wow, what a blast from the past. I remember when something like this would freak me out for the whole day (most likely night), now it's just another Johnny Ryan comic. For @Chromeo and anyone else who has not yet heard the good word.

It must be a second generation thing. Asians don’t seem to have this problem in Asia. Are there any actual anime about this stuff? Even in Spy x Family they like and respect each other.View attachment 8617782

I'd imagine that entire families of undercover assassins would like and respect each other the most.Even in Spy x Family they like and respect each other.
Why can't we have stories where the mc happens to be asian and instead of making asian an entire focal point of their identity? I feel like so many shows would be better that way.View attachment 8617782

It’s the writing. We had serval shows about Kung Fu warriors and Asian American kids who were in charge of protecting the city from the spirt world and Jackie Chan Adventures. These all explored identity just as much as Raya or the red panda period piece but even the weaker series were somewhat watchable because all of that came second to making a kids cartoonWhy can't we have stories where the mc happens to be asian and instead of making asian an entire focal point of their identity?
