My kitten has had a sore on his neck for a while. It healed up on its own (though it took longer than it should have), so it’s no longer red; skin looks as healthy as anywhere else on him. The hair hasn’t hardly grown back, though. There’s hair there, but not thick. What’s wrong with the cat? He’s on flea medication.

Nigger we aren't veterinarians

Looks like all other moggies, so this stock photo is a good proxy.

Quit being a fucking cheapskate and make a vet appointment you shithead, part of having a pet is having enough money to ensure they're properly cared for

If you can't afford a vet you can't afford a pet

I had a trip to make, so I scheduled an appointment for when I got back from that. By then his sore was gone so I cancelled it. It's the hair that's still stunted, or not growing back fast. He has to get boosters before too long so I might get a checkup when that comes up in a week or two. He's still high energy, plays a lot.

he's just a faggot and he's too lazy to pay

Theirs a lot of organizations (and solo people) out their for helping pets. Their was a veterinarian in my area that would do free examinations when she wasn't busy, for example. I know theirs also a free hotline that offers suggestions / advice but I forget the name. Look around for pet help online, both in your area and otherwise, and you'll probably find something if paying for a vet visit really isn't in the cards.
