That's because its literally the photocopy filter gallery, then she paint buckets it. Sometimes it doesn't define edges well and she was too lazy to redraw the line, or too stupid to notice. She is very basic in her skillset, it baffles me how she does not improve in 5 years. I don't even think she uses layers. I find it absolutely hilarious how she labels Putin a Nazi, when Putin was the one to claim the invasion is to stop Nazi influence in Ukraine.

I'm assuming this chick has no shame. With modern technology you can simply use Google reverse image search to find tracers. I'm going to also assume she grabs the top listing which is why it's so easy to point out. Is there any art that she does free handed?

In America, financial gain has no bearing on copyright laws. The work must be transformative, critique, or used in an educational manner in part; Not whole.

Edit 2: the above portion is for both fair use and copyright. The portion below is for creative commons license. If the work is transformative then you aren't restricted to CC license from the source material if its applicable. So for example Cathy referenced the sunflowers for an art piece. So the original distributor cannot restrict her original work. In this case Cathy did not transform the work in any manner. So the rules from original owners still apply.

When it comes to creative license you must follow the guidance applied and you cannot change the given rights. Since it's labeled as personal use only. Cathy cannot legally use it commercially in any manner, even with credit, because the owner disallowed that right.
