CatScratch Thread - Gordon and Waffle and Mr. Blik, when the old lady died she left them rich, a mansion, cars, life's a kick

Are there any high-quality videos of the show anywhere?
The ones on kisscartoon have extremely shit quality.

I vaguely remember it but I recall that it had a cute theme, a snarky butler, threes cats one of which was voiced by Wayne Knight, another was dumb and the third one was scottish with delusions of grandeur who went full pedobear for a little girl.

If I remember right, the cartoon was based on a pretty ugly-looking but grimdark comic by the creator of Earthworm Jim where the cats lived in a post-apocalyptic hell hole where their only means of survival was a giant robot that they had to use to fulfill some kind of cat prophecy.

Overall, I think they should've partly stuck with this premise to make it more unique and memorable.

Catscratch was such a great show, even it was woefully underrated as hell. It's one of my favorite Nicktoons of all time, and it surprisingly holds up very strongly.

Still a shame we have yet to see Mr. Blik in Nick All-Stars Brawl as DLC at the moment. Shit, even Oblina from Aaahh! Real Monsters got in nonchalantly.

They're supposedly adding more DLC fighters in the future (just 2 for now based on how well that game does). So you could send them your favorite character since some of the guys who work on the game are pretty sociable on youtube and twitter and they seem receptive to popular requests.

You can't have just Mr. Blik; you must have Waffle and Gordan together.
 
Show was fun, don't think it lasted long though. It was during that period where nick was throwing shit at the wall and seeing what sticked, Think that ended with Fanboy and Chum chum since the adventure time stuff must have been a black eye to the viacom execs

Game's fun and the mod scene is kino but got the roster for this game better be filled out by DLC or else there will just feel like very blatant holes were left in the roster and will have very little room for off the wall inclusions

Yep, albeit very loosely. In recent reissues, there's a few pages towards the end of the book about the development on the show and how nickelodeon fucked the show hard
