I'm not really one for crushes per se, which I think of as being when you keep sitting around and daydreaming about someone. I also feel that you can see people just as attractive walking around town on a Summer's day as most celebrities. But I guess to pick out a small number of celebrities I do think have exceptional looks, there is:

Gina Carano who is not just pretty but absolutely screams Someone Who Would Be Good to Have In Your Life.


Brie Larson who I don't hate as much as some here and who I feel slightly sadly might be one of those unfortunate few who would be happier if she were less attractive.



Got to mention the statuesque Deborah Ann Woll whose ability to go from austere classical beauty to goofy chipmunk and back again is a credit to her acting abilities.


And finally, Oscar Wilde once wrote the line "She had the kind of beauty that did not require Youth to recommend it." Rachel Nicholls is in her mid-forties and I honestly think she is more beautiful today than when she started out. She has kept her looks and added class.

Ah-ha! I always wondered who the other person who watched that show was. We meet at last!

It was a surprisingly good show with some intelligent writing and thought behind the time travel logic. And I liked little touches such as how they got away with some of it. Like her partner finds a child's toy from the future, a miniature little soldier. And his response when it suddenly speaks isn't "wow, Time Travel is real", it's a surprised expression and a 'wow, I hadn't realised toys had come on so much'. Which is more plausible. Was a good show. And yeah, Rachel Nichols in her future-cop uniform was a plus!

Don't care for K-Pop, but Somi would get it. And she's very likely not a natural blonde, but it actually suits her in my opinion, because she's half Dutch-Canadian.
