I'm surprised we don't have a thread dedicated to the "classic" Chad and Wojak memes (aka the ones without the weird ugly Soyjak derivatives that are popular now for some godforsaken reason).

I know there's a Virgin vs Chad thread and it rocks, so I'd like to give these a shot:

Virgin vs. Chad memes are clever because they require some input of thought on what makes a certain thing "bad" and the other thing "good," these chad and wojak memes are a clear spinoff of the former but it's not as clever or interesting as VvC. It is straight up strawmanning as another user said, and while it can be funny, most of the time the strawmanning can be a little too much, too cringe.

The real cleverness in that first Chad/Virgin one was that so much of the Chat features were negatives, but yea, at least even in the derivatives of those there was a BIT of thought. Not much, but there was something to hold onto.
