ChadScan is a website dedicated to finding the true Chad which is decided by community votes and a ELO rating system.

Individuals on the rankings seem to be added manually by the website operator but the spots are in the ranking are done with "battles" that are decided by voting for who you think is more Chad:

It seems to be part-serious, part-comical since a good number of relatively well-known Looksmaxers are in the rankings but so are individuals like George Floyd, Osama Bin Laden and Hitler.
 
All of the Looksmaxers have been pushed out of the top parts of the leaderboards. Jeffrey Epstein has taken the lead but Osama Bin Laden is not far behind and could send him crashing down meanwhile if Abraham Lincoln and Hitler, who are at ranks three and four respectively, shoot their shot then one of them have the potential to seize first place.
