Chainsaw Man - Peak Fiction in the making

Though given the context that the aging devil would be erased, the translation could provide some mild confusion that by eating the aging devil, it could bring up questions about other types of aging beyond becoming old.

Thankfully this is part of why its a good thing that Chainsaw Man is a digital release, because I imagine if it was still in the Jump magazine, and this stuff gets leaked, the leaked information will make shit more confusing.
Thinking about it some more, modern use aging is nearly exclusively is about getting old in a negative sense, while the other more positive aspect is is "growing up", so it is a direct translation.

Denji pulled off an awesome plan, and it wasn’t even kinda stupid like a lot of his have been. This was just full on clever.
Pretty much all of Denji's plans against Devils are extremely clever because they are extremely stupid.

His stupidity allows him to think in a way that has abandoned conventional logic when fighting Devil's. Which works because Devil's themselves are supernatural beings who defy the natural laws of the world and trying to fight them logically is simply going to get you killed faster.

I don't remember seeing any black people so Chainsaw Man might have eaten that devil
Uh...

I wonder if Denji is going to just throw hands with Aging and kill those public safety guys. We all know he has no plans to eat it since he doesn't want to kill the kids, and Denji's suffering already can't get any worse with Nayuta confirmed to be dead.

I tend to let ongoing manga get a lot more chapters before I read it, so I’m catching up and BRUH. My man Denji is going through some shit dude, nigga got molested at knifepoint and then tricked into cannibalism. My boy needs a vacation…
This panel goes hard, though.

Not too much happened this chapter, but what did happen was both cathartic and awesome.

I say this out of nothing but sheer loathing for Fumiko: I hope that after she gets crippled, Aging's idea of 'not letting Chainsaw Man kill her' is 'sticking her into the Agingverse.'

If Fumiko is getting this treatment, I wonder what Barem is going to get given that bastard is still alive and the "decapitation" he had is basically everything he wanted

I'm losing a lot of interest so far. Damn I don't give a shit about the aging devil or any of this. Fuuuuck
Yeah…
Part one was so fucking good and in particular Makima was just an amazing antagonist. It’s really hard to come off all that and have us feel the same way.
I’m still liking the manga, but it’s become more a story about Denji dealing with all that went down in part one. Which is a good story and I do love how his character is being explored and the way it’s being explored, but c’mon man it’s hard to make a villain as perfect and terrifying as Makima twice in the same series.
The Age Devil is what I’m all about, so I feel it’s picking back up because the idea of the concept of old age wanting to be eaten by Chainsaw Man so humans can do something different is such a interesting idea I just love it.

For my part I've been enjoying the ride. It's been more character-driven but characters like Asa/Yoru are more entertaining than they have any right to be, and Denji continues to be fascinatingly written in how he continuously oscillates between being an unhinged feral child and a world-weary young adult with a surprising amount of intelligence. I'm still not sure who or what the true villain is ultimately going to be but I'm optimistic that it's moving towards something substantial.

All signs point to the Death Devil since the future devil is projecting a fucking apocalypse scenario.

I feel like Part 2 is going to be definitely longer than Part 1 since Part 2 is 89 chapters in. How long is unknown but I feel like after the Aging Devil, Fami and Barem are going to be the focus.

Yoru could maybe be the final villain since she definitely feels like she may be in the endgame.

As for the Death Devil, it will either be more of a concept than a character, be a character who ironically isn't evil, or be the main villain after a lot has been handled, or is the main villain of Part 3 if there is one.

There are also a lot of other things not addressed that probably should be like Kishibe's whereabouts, Reze (given every other hybrid has returned), and Fakesaw Man

I don't think so. Given the whole "Lonely at the top" bit, I feel like Death doesn't really care about the apocalypse. I think she's going to show up, half-ass it, and 'be driven back to Hell' (read: leave because she doesn't want to make her sisters even madder). She'll be there for maybe 2 chapters.

I really feel the art has improved a lot in this chapter, and the cliffhanger has Denji vomit something that could help him beat Aging, but it is unknown to what it is.

Someone compiled all the things Denji could possibly use

The safest bet is the Octopus Devil, but imagine if he vomited up Nazis to fight the Aging Devil.
