I'll be able to do all of those, but with some, I need a few more specifications,
@Oban Kamz, what defines sexy for you? What sort of outfit do you want? How big do you want the boobs? What exactly do you want?
@weedsneaker13, I can certainly do the car, but you asked for me to draw you in the car. What exactly do you want for you?

while the left girl is chie and the right girl is komako

dialogue would be:
pico: you two are gonna be part of the "get rid of the coronavirus or so help me" campaign

the bus would say something like "WU FLU ON BOARD" while a crudely drawn corona-chan is standing on a dead corpse of ebola-chan while holding a flag with the kiwifarms logo.
if this is too much for you, you could always do the pfp. i'm not expecting you to go with the comic idea though i would be more than happy drawing myself giving a thumbs up if you do but WHATEVER ;)
