I work myself to the bone trying to support my dream of becoming an actor, and this fucker scribbles a few lines in with a pencil and gets fat stacks.

They finally did it. The furfaggots finally got me.

Friend of mine, absolute loser who weeded so hard he disappeared from society for a while, suddenly shows up drawing anatomy sketches of nude men etc etc

He couldn't make a buck off of any of that, but someone who never learned anatomy and can only shit out one thing can make $35 an hour if they bothered. If they really, really bothered and sat down from 9:30 to 12 every day and drew, they could pay rent in a few days instead of begging for donations.

Artists are stunted. I'm witnessing that myself with friends who now start uni while I'm almost done. They can't interact with adults or send emails to professors or anything. I can easily imagine those having the gift of artistry and never amass to shit but $50 every other week. People like Miles are just rational adults who found a market to exploit, that others are too stupid to.

oh, my personal furry lolcow takes mass amounts of commissions for like 5-10$ and is able to make a living in US. Furry artists who lives in less rich countries can easily make a very good living even with bad art skills

People like Miles are just rational adults who found a market to exploit, that others are too stupid to.

And thats what other artists can't understand. There are big amount of markets in furry community which are not milked yet. Miles doesn't draw gays\lesbos, fat characters, etc.
If you are clever and found a niche - you are set for living.

The markings are kinda overkill (mixing spots and stripes can get messy stupidly easy) but on the plus side, the colours are complimentary in a nice way.

I've seen posts made by artist that mock themselves for taking on furry commissions just to pay bills. It comes of as sad rather than funny...but they do make the choice rather than do better marketing so I guess I shouldn't pity them too much.
