Gloomdogs too, which were often over the top with the markings and such - Splattering on stripes, spots, whatever. The whole 'striped stockings' markings were everywhere on those.

But the muted colours were honestly pretty decent, rather than the bright garish ones of sparkledogs. Designs with less of the clashing markings kinda come together in a nice way. Still funny seeing them with scene/emo hair tho.

So this character either would have had to have been in a gulag at some point, or the artist just used it purely for 'this means gay' (I'm going for the latter, going by the lack of other gulag tattoos).
