It was a bit like a mixture of Batman TAS and a bunch of those action cartoons with anthro animals that were everywhere in the 90’s. Kind of an underrated gem imho.

On topic: Captain Tita (center) from Plastic Little. Honestly anything drawn by Satoshi Urushihara is pretty much a perfect time capsule back to the early 90's art style. I also really like the way he draws nipples.

In the other games, you have at least some element of control, and you can kill all the enemies. In SH4,
you are completely at Walter's mercy as he makes you watch people die, and eventually starts fucking with the one place you felt safe. Half the enemies are unkillable. You are basically powerless to do anything except what a guy who plans to kill you wants you to.
