I don't know why everyone's MATI at him in this thread, so far I've seen people seething over him laughing at anti-maskers and playing among us with AOC. Just because he doesn't align with your extreme republiQan views doesn't make him a lolcow.

The comparisons to Ethan Klein are also false, I was unfortunate enough to watch him do a 180° from "that goofy guy who collabed with filthy frank" to insufferable idiot with a giant ego in real time. Mr Beast is perhaps a better comparison, because he and Cr1tikal found the "golden formula" to churn out mass-produced videos to keep their underage fanbase satisfied.

At least if you're trying to force a lolcow out of him, post the twitch clip of the time when he was screaming at a bing bing wahoo game and his girlfriend came in and told him to shut up and he did until the end of the stream like a good cuck, or the other moments when his girlfriend bosses him around and treats him like a subordinate in the relationship.

my dislike of him has nothing to do with politics (EVERYTHING IS POLITIC- NO), i dislike him for being a shameless grifter that gets high on his own farts.

Youtube content would be better if they got rid of ads entirely (and also went back to 2015 or earlier TOS implementation/fixed their broken copyright system that allows people to copyright strike stuff without needing to prove it's even theirs) .

I want to see content made by people who are passionate about what they are making not about getting money out of it and schizos.

This would mean YouTube is no longer a place to build a career/income but it would still work as a platform for artists and creatives to get their start and build an audience.



The rise of these no-energy commentary channels like prenguinz0 is the end result of banning anything edgy and people only putting out videos to try to get money from ad views. Everything is so dull now.

I don't think Charlie is "passionate" about any of this he just knows 'trending topic = views' and 'boring middle of the road take = monetizable'.

people would still make it a job as they would just get donations instead they would just have to be clean enough to abide by shit like patreons rules

1. YouTube retroactively applying the rules is gay.
2. It's the Current Year +8. Complaining that Youtube is fucking people over monetization was a thing years ago. Will people ever learn not to rely on it? I know that The Almighty Algorithm prefers monetizable content, but Youtube made it clear with it's 2018 rewind video that what type of sanitized content they're looking for. It should have been an obvious red flag that edge will eventually be phased out over time.

Uberdanger has been one of my favourite youtubers for sometime, but man its starting to be hard watching his videos nowadays. I feel after his gf left he started to become a degenerate. Like who the fuck thinks filming and autism editing your erp sessions are good content.

It won't ever change either because most if not all Youtubers know it is impossible to jump on an alternate video hosting platform and make the money they do on Youtube immediately. They complain about a change on the site but still continue to make videos on it anyway because they know they must adapt or die. At the core of the issue, "content creators" (except for the massive ones with tens of millions of subscribers) have no real leverage they can apply to Youtube leadership and so they have to sit there and take it.

Even if they staged some kind of "walk out" on Youtube unless it was collectively in terms of billions of lost views the site could survive just fine. They have those corporate music heavy hitters like VEVO and T-Series to provide ad revenue, as well as people like Mr.Beast who will never go anywhere because that guy is like the ideal AI-generated Youtube personality perfect for children audiences.

I'm not arguing with your fashion critique, but growing your hair out for years is the exact opposite of a sudden decision.

Someone needs to take him aside and gently explain long hair care, but that's the case with a lot of young men growing it out for the first time. Just trimming the scraggly ends would help a lot.
