I don't think he said it's a scam because it's a shit game. it's a game that forces you to create an account with his website using your steam details. plus, it was promised to be free then it came out to be paid.

Crit used to be fun when he was making infomercials and dunking on crummy flash games as just a voice over. I remember I discovered him through some of the crossovers he did with Vinesauce, like the 'mount your friends' and Worms streams. His deadpan humor was honestly a little refreshing.

Now that the redundant opinion of the thread is stated, how has he become this dull?
I was cleaning up my subscription list on YouTube after years and hopped on his channel to find he somehow stretched a 6 second TikTok of a police officer falling out a slide to almost 9 mins of mind-numbing drivel. I watched that video almost mesmerised to see how he'd somehow scrape the most boring addendum to whatever he was saying in order to prolong it.

The fact that there are people who kill hours of their day watching this vacuous content and feel he's making valuable / entertaining comments is astounding.

Summary of late news, he's no longer contracted for only Twitch streaming. He did one last night and he had a lot of tech problems. Nothing really that major though. For a guy that likes to laugh at apology videos, this is embarrassing to go on and on about how he messed up.

It’s interesting that Charlie is not obligated to do just Twitch anymore, since I was told on the thread done by most Twitch streamers that involve him, Ludwig and Mizkif, they’re supposed to be the “new Hollywood”.

The fact that he’s still going to stream through ”YouTube Gaming” is proof that this is hilarious but also frustrating in the sense that he never will leave that good YT money, despite him railing against the power that big corps have over treating smaller YT channels that get demonetized or overshadowed by people that get employed by these big name channels — the same channels that he seems to be just so against due to “principles”.
