Heres accuweather data on december 2022 in sparks, nv. This is where the windows weather widget takes its info from.
Now call me retarded because i am, but both 17 and 18 in sparks are 32*f and while im not exactly sure how weather widget shows the weather, i can assume it shows you temperature during the day. This is all speculation ofcourse.

The widget would show the current temp at the time of stream. The temps seem to match NV better than OK or a place in the east coast like NC. TN looks like it had a sudden cold front on decemeber 23 but not the 29th. i'm sure someone smarter could figure it out.
