I wouldn't exactly say this, because her actions continued to fuel him for the longest time, especially following his unbanning back in early September and her continuously giving him the parasocial dopamine hits for several months. Even after he was banned from her YouTube chat for good back in December, she made the baffling decision that giving him yet more attention in the form of the occasional Twitter reply/like was somehow good idea, until about a month ago when she finally blocked him there too. Those 5 months of buildup to that obvious inevitable conclusion significantly contributed to his further decay, and made him even worse in comparison to if she had just instead cut him off at the root and let him stay banned during that stream. Good post overall though.
