It has been my observation both online and in life in general is that the people who accuse other people for doing something bad, especially if it hasn't been mentioned by anyone else chances are doing the thing they are yelling about. Think you have a good relationship, but your partner accuses you of cheating and you aren't and don't know where it's coming from, chances are they are cheating on you.

The only thing Pippa did of note between the first tweet and these were her two tattoo reviews. I speculated that maybe he had submitted his tattoos, which his rap sheet confirms he has, and got upset that he was either mocked or didn't get the proper asspats but I can't substantiate any of that.

I think I generally agree all-around, but I propose another possible (simultaneous) motivation: clearly he's spent a lot of time wishing he could be one of "the cool kids" at kiwi farms, and set out to be an l33t ebin doxxxer. And he wants his tard-scalps! It would explain his attention-seeking and his hair-trigger (see above post by @Ralph Barnhardt.)
