Far left of the stream are more construction workers. there are at least 2, but I could only capture one in the frame since they are just swaying a little into the perimeter of the camera. Not appearing to do any work.
Showed up at the exact time as our latest camera crew.
Far, far left. Noticed them after the female reporter set up a tripod facing that direction, you can see it in front of one of the orange barriers.
