I don't know how to feel about this, because so far Tim Pool seems like an interesting fella and while he makes some stupid or easily misunderstandable statements, overall I find myself agreeing with most of what he says. The reason why I have mixed feelings about this is because the only thing I know about that Tim Pool is that people in imageboard tend to regard him as a grifter and a lier, most e-celebs and pundits tend to be motherfuckers and imageboards tend to be contrarian, so I'm lenient there, but, was he called out by his own brother or some shit? I remember some people compared him to Blaire White, who's self-admitedly a disingenuous grifter and doesn't believe what he says he does believe. Is Tim Pool going to try to brainwash me or some shit if I keep listening to him?

Tim gets hate because he's a centrist-liberal, which to the woke left means he might as well be Vidkun Quisling and they'll play up anything to paint him as a liar, grifter, phony.... he harps on a couple points too often for my taste, and refuses to call out all but the most egregious behavior on the left, but he WILL call it out, so, he's fine by me.

I've been following Tim for years, he's a good guy and will admit that he can be wrong. He doesn't seem to get high off his own farts and will admit that he has his own biases. He's not perfect but he's genuinely trying to be an actual journalist. I've been following his stuff since fucking Occupy, if you're finding him to be interesting keep following him.

As Towin said he gets shit on for being a center left fence sitter so the leftists hate him a lot, most conservatives will tolerate him more. But most of the hate on him is a lot of astroturfing from people with a political ax to grind.

The issue is that it cannot be mandated. I'd love it if there were segregated communities for anyone who wants to segregate, and also diverse ones for those who wish to live in diverse communities. Let the niggers have their Wakanda, the Whites have our Blancheville, and whatever. I'd never want to live amongst niggers, why would they want to live amongst us? Don't go where you aren't wanted. Honestly, I think he's just ideologically opposed, but rational about it - even at it's most insane when it was frothing with hopeless, stale, Religious Right-pandering moralists, I only ever withdrew voting for Republicans, I never voted opposition to "own" them, or make a point....

I think a lot of people don't understand just how far a bridge that is to ask someone to switch sides, instead of just not supporting their own loonies...

At least Tim understands that politics is personal, but not PERSONAL, a person who votes a different ticket than him isn't an ogre out to kill him and everyone he knows and loves, he's all about "mutual armed truce" with your opponents, which is how things USED to work before the mistake that was rabid personal identity politics.

People unironically trying to Red-pill Tim aren't going to be able to do it the way they think. And certainly not by bombing his YT stream with "Join us" replies.

As long as you can get an oppressed person to agree to something it is okay.

In theory, a woman aborting a LGBT baby would be okay.

You can get the left to agree to every monstrous thing they despise as long as you frame it as "freedom." And thus lead them by the nose.
