CHAZ/CHOP: Autonomous No Cop Zone and Commune Declared In Seattle - Render unto Warlord Raz what is owed to Warlord Raz

She really backed off her initial rants about how it was attempted MURDER, and a MURDERING MURDERER MURDERED the other victim and tried to MURDER her!

Not a peep about the perp now.

The politically correct muzzle has been clamped down.

He's being charged with 3 felonies and was given $1.2 million in bail. That seems extremely high for the area. He's pleading not guilty. Everything else is being memory holed and commentators suspect the judge may have put a gag order on him.

It was a big show to appease the city-wrecking lunatics. It will be quietly pled down to reckless vehicular shenanigans, and he'll get less than 10 years, and be out in 5.

Same situation, but a white guy behind the wheel- Adolph Literally Hitler would be under the prison forever.

The videos of him handing out AR's seemed like the smoking gun. Washington changed their laws a couple years ago to make private transfers and "gun loaning" very illegal. This is also coming from a city that has tried to outlaw guns numerous times but are unable to legally do so as Washington's constitution has its own 2nd amendment style provisions. I'm just convinced they don't want to charge non-whites with crimes to disarm people that call them racist, even though they're probably the pinnacle model for how liberal cities can police. The police here have been under significant reform for over a decade and Obama used it as an example of what policing "could" be.

The King County Prosecutor's Office isn't interested in prosecuting gun crimes. I don't know if it's specifically related to race, but I can't take libs' claims of wanting gun control seriously when they're simultaneously trying to let all the dirtbags go.

Two more fun pieces as we look back at the Summer of Love 2020 and CHAZ, both from the Capitol Hill Seattle blog.

  • Council decides to continue hiring cops. Even though all the council talked tough about defunding the police force 50%, because cops are persona non-grata in Seattle now and more of them are just saying fuck it and leaving, Mayor Durkin warned that due to attrition public safety will be threatened. And probably remembering that protestors kept coming to their houses in the middle of the night and that the only people to call when shit gets crazy are the cops, most of the council agreed to keep hiring cops. Of course that grandstanding moron Kshama Sawant was on the side of no new cops, because she's usually leading the mob to her colleague's homes. Final vote is Monday, and there should be some local salt in the CapHill blog comments and on various Facebook groups.
  • Surprsingly, some property owners and people who can afford nice apartments don't want to live in chaotic autonomous zones. ShockedFuckingPikachu.gif, The article makes that statemtn, and then says it might actually just be covid, and also says it's the cops' fault because of teargas and not stopping building damages, except when damage or problems was because cops evacuated the East Precinct and couldn't/didn't respond to 911 calls, in which case it's also cops fault.
I am enjoying watching Seattle spin itself in circles trying to determine what caused CHAZ, what CHAZ meant, what to do post-CHAZ, and blaming it all on cops no matter what.

I'd honestly be frightened of the kind of people willing to be hired to work for Seattle PD after this.

That or consider them nuts.

Or, God forbid, they are idealistic fools who think that they're going to "change the system!" and be super pacifistic good-guy cops who never have to draw their guns because they'll "talk" instead of shooting.

Then they get in, find out what the real reality of being a cop is, and suddenly find themselves on the wrong end of the mob because the black-and-white view on police brutality they were spoon-fed turns out to be wrong.

Renewd lockdowns for the state of Washington announced yesterday.

Typical reactions from anti-Inslee voices, and not only is the right pissed off, but the left says "we're screwed", too. No word on if Capitol Hill and Olympia protests violate the outdoor gathering restriction, mostly because no reporters asked, and Inslee's handlers probably want to avoid the quesiton from anyone. But it looks like both the right ("we saw plenty of complaints about outdoor rallies for Donald Trump, but no complaints about Biden victory celebrations and block parties breaking out last week all over the country, including dozens in this State.") and the left ("When the Emerald followed up after the press conference with Inslee’s office to ask whether there will be any penalties imposed on individuals who do not follow these new restrictions, the office said that the question of enforcement is a job for local law enforcement.") want to know - are protesters on either side or both sides subject to the 5-person-only outside rule, too?
They can't ban anti-lockdown protests unless they ban all public assemblies. The Constitution recognizes and defends the right of the people to assembly and seek a redress of grievances, which is exactly what the lockdown protest is doing.

They can try to send state police to stop the protests but will be up shits creek when they are before SCOTUS explaining why they are engaging in viewpoint discrimination.

Mass exodus worsens with 34 more Seattle police out, as Council defunds

While the Seattle City Council is poised to cut the police budget once again, the mass exodus continues with at least 34 more officers having separated from the department.

The newest staffing data puts the number of officers leaving Seattle in 2020 at 144 and counting. This is historically high.

The council is wrapping up deliberations on the 2021 budget with a Monday afternoon vote planned. It will likely see a 17% budget cut to the Seattle Police Department, far short of their pledge to defund by 50%. Still, the move continues to put Seattle on a downward spiral toward even higher crime.

The latest separation stats account for October and the first half of November, according to multiple sources. But the number is still underreporting the true number. At least one other officer quit in the third week of November and scores of others are still applying elsewhere.

Rumors swirl within the SPD that separations could hit 200 by the end of the year.

“I am sad and yet, I’m not surprised that many of the great human beings that do the job of policing in Seattle are still leaving SPD at an alarming rate,” Seattle Police Officers Guild (SPOG) President Mike Solan tells the Jason Rantz Show on KTTH. “It saddens me because I’m witnessing a professional police agency revered by many fall victim to radical activism that is swallowing Seattle.”

The Seattle Police Department is already dangerously understaffed.

With just about 1,200 so-called “deployable officers,” the SPD is at lower levels than they were in 1990. The population has increased by 44% since then. Meanwhile crime is surging, with reportedly year-over-year increases in homicides. Homelessness continues to worsen, too.

The mayor’s office believes the number of deployable staff could drop to 1,072 officers if the trends and hiring freeze continues.

Defunding will make a dire situation worse

The Seattle police staffing situation is already dire. Service calls aren’t getting reasonable response times, and the city can’t safely handle two major, concurrent incidents. The city council is about to make it even worse.

Thanks to activist pressure disconnected from reality, the council will defund vacant officer positions as a way to cut the budget. They’ll funnel funds to different programs, like embedded social workers who can respond to 911 calls for people in crisis. This will simply result in assaults — or even murders — of social workers. They aren’t trained to defend themselves during emergency service calls.

Still, the council has walked back promises to defund the police by 50% — a ridiculous goal they took to placate violent, criminal activists during the notorious “summer of love” in Seattle. Walking back politically-driven positions isn’t a shock from this council, of course.

Then-candidates Dan Strauss and Andrew Lewis, and incumbent councilmember Lisa Herbold all campaigned on the promise of hiring more officers. They were lying for the votes of Seattleites justifiably concerned with crime in their neighborhoods.

They surely realize the path they’re putting this city on is untenable and dangerous. But they still have to satisfy the anti-police bloodlust of the activist movement here in Seattle. Their political futures depend on it. So they’ll make some cuts now, pray it doesn’t lead to more chaos, then continue down the path and pretend to be visionary heroes.

It can’t get much worse

From a staffing perspective, it’s hard to believe the SPD could get much worse. Though the city will have to hire some officers next year to make up for the exodus, who would want to work here?

Hating cops is a sport in Seattle. The council says nothing when criminal activists try to murder them. The mayor is only a tepid defender of the police. If she supports police too strongly, she becomes more vulnerable to a farther-left mayoral challenger. And when activists want their way, they know all they have to do is “peacefully protest” with Molotov cocktails and a threatening mob outside a councilmember’s home.

Still, officers are showing up and doing their job for now.

“SPOG will continue to stand up for Seattle’s public safety and for officer jobs,” said SPOG president Solan. “False narratives about the fantastic human beings that do the job of policing are not only grossly wrong, but dangerous for our society. We will continue to answer that call for help even if were down to just one cop left in our city. That’s the kind of people we are. We will never give in to mob justice and we will right the false narratives about us and our profession. We love Seattle, and we love our job!”

But as the force dwindles, it’s fair to ask how many officers will be left. Plus, how will the city recruit quality candidates to take their places?

I hope all the police move out to different districts. Meanwhile, all the self-hating whites, BLM niggers, felons, rapists, crackheads, marxists and pedophiles ought be made to stay in the New Portland (aka bed) of their making. It would be a beautiful hybrid version of The Hunger Games combined with Children of the Corn as they eat themselves alive.

They were saying on the radio today that a couple million more in funding got pulled away from SPD and has caused a hiring freeze following all the people leaving.

It's unreal to me that Raz is still just out and about like nothing ever happened with absolutely no consequences for his actions. It shouldn't be surprising but it still is.
You could even say it glows.

And these are almost certainly going to be among the better cops, who have some alternative to staying in that shithole. So all this bullshit will do is leave the police with a demoralized, less skilled force. You might even see more "brutality" because the remaining cops no longer give a single shit and are pissed off.

Not even from a lack of care, just from a lack of training and experience. If what I've heard is correct, most police officers don't get a hell of a lot of proper training in the first place, especially in regards to firearms safety. Now you've got a situation where all of the knowledgeable staff are fucking off, leaving you with a bunch of undertrained and untested greenhorns with lots of power and little incentive to hold back, because they're getting thrown to the goddamned wolves.

A bunch of raw new hires without the ability or inclination to hold back in a "me or them" situation? The poor bastards are going to over-react so hard it'll leave craters, and I'm not sure you can entirely blame 'em.

Realistically they'll mostly be fat useless 'tards who are just there to collect a paycheck from the city; glorified mall cops, basically. Some ~true believers~ will get mixed in too, but for the most part laziness, corruption, and ineptitude will be what's increased because there's no incentive for them to be a functional police force.

He did at least get dragged into court even if he eventually got off with no charges. With Raz it's like they're trying to pretend it all never even happened.
Everyone else in the state has to look over their shoulder if they lend a friend their deer rifle during elk season but Raz gets to hand out ARs to his little militia that executes people driving through the neighborhood.

It's ridiculous.
