This one of the shittier (possibly shittiest) episodes of Dr Phil I've seen. They give this woman way, way too much consideration. Gender swap it, and a guy in this woman's situation would be torn apart on the Dr Phil show. (Well, probably wouldn't make it as far as the Dr Phil show, he'd be in jail.)
