he is another weaboo who's into pac-man and various namco games, and he mostly uploads art that uses bases, uses the same pose from another drawing or just artwork that is just bad.

he only likes stuff that's from japan and goes out of his way to try and prove his opinion is correct and will state many of his opinions as fact.

While I appreciate your enthusiasm to join the community and contribute, this thread does not fall under really any of the categories that would make them a proper 'lolcow'.
Perhaps a mention in the DeviantArt Horrors thread, but certainly not something that deserves its own thread.

I'd suggest you take a good look at https://kiwifarms.net/threads/opening-post-101.14820/ and do a bit more lurking and reading of other existing threads to get a better feel for what makes a good thread.
