He posts daily. His view count is low in a daily basis but weekly he's solid. It's why he "brags" about never missing a day. He literally can't stop. His empire is built on sand.

There are no federal cases under his name. There is no case search for Tennessee, but I imagine if he had filed a lawsuit, he wouldn't shut up about it. All he's been talking about is calling the police on people, which costs nothing.

Maybe his lawyer told him that you can't actually sue people for sharing public info taken from your own video descriptions, or they didn't believe the story he made up about CSAM being posted to his DeviantArt or whatever it was. Or he just took the money, that seems more likely.
