The Chic-fil-a in my area is always like that. I think it's been getting worse too, actually. Funny thing though, last time I went there the drive thru line was so backed up it was blocking entry to the fucking restaurant,

They're like the only fast food restaurant that's more successful than McDonalds.

My god it is so good, it is the only place where I can actually get spicy food that tastes good and has a kick that isn't drowning it in pepper or vinegar.

Fresh ass tomatos too that are thick and big that actually tastes like a tomato.

They're one of the few places to actually respond to a boycott favorably (they stopped supporting anti-gay groups with corporate money years ago). They're alright in my book, I stop there every so often.

Chick -Fil-A is good because they make their staff behave like actual human beings when interacting with customers, and have standards for cleanliness. CFA and In-n-out to a lesser degree both follow this model in their stores, and I suspect people react to it, even if subconsciously.

Chic fil a is the one fast food place where a long line at the drive thru shouldn’t deter you because it always moves pretty quickly. They’ve got like a team of 10 people working it at a lot of places.

CFA has always been pretty speedy regarding the drive thru, when you're at the window they have already got your food ready.
