🐱 Children being told by teacher at 'trans-friendly' school to tell on pupils who 'misgender'

Children as young as four are being asked by their 'trans-friendly' primary school to inform on anyone calling transgender pupils by the 'wrong' pronoun.

The policy at Arbury Primary in Cambridge states that it is 'illegal' to call someone 'he/she' or 'it' against their wishes.

The school also urges parents of children who no longer identify as their biological gender to consider changing their name by deed poll.

Arbury holds assemblies to celebrate a child's 'transition' from a boy to a girl or vice versa, has introduced a gender-neutral uniform, and allows children to use lavatories of whichever sex they 'assign' themselves to.

The warning on 'misgendering' comes on the school website. A brightly coloured page entitled How To Be Trans Friendly features cartoons of smiling children surrounded by rainbows.

It states: 'Calling someone he/she, it or deliberately the wrong pronoun is unkind, and illegal. If you hear or see this type of language being used challenge or report it.'

Elsewhere, the guidance says: 'Trans children will understand the difference between a genuine mistake and something deliberate in relation to names and pronouns.'

The statement that misgendering is illegal may be based on the school's interpretation of the 2010 Equalities Act, which suggests that a hate crime takes place when a member of a minority perceives one to have happened.

If there are enough trans children for this to be an issue and the school doesn't see it as the social epidemic it is then they are the problem. Not the kids who are confused by Tommy turning into Tammy the very next day.

Sounds like a cult to me.

Calling it "illegal" just confuses children. They will think they are actually breaking the law and could be arrested. Scaring kids into accepting trannies is just going to end so well. It's a hate crime for a four year old to misgender someone. Take him away to be reprogrammed.

Edit: That's a real guy? I thought it was just a meme of a comically shooped face.

You may be joking now but i fully expect this to be a common talking point in a few months.
I once caught someone arguing against trans medicalism (they believe transgenderism is just a feeling, no disorder or diagnosis necessary) and then also argued that misgendering trannies was awful because... reasons.

If transgenderism has no special medical status, and it's purely a self identifying label (that must be respected, also for reasons), then why isn't it just as severe when I get misgendered?

Cambridge. What do you expect. It has one of the best universities in the world and certainly the best university in Britain (Oxford is a relic of the 14th century, Cambridge actually made it into the 16th.) It has the Silicon Fen and one of the fastest growing economies of any city in Britain. Your phone's processor was probably designed there at ARM Holdings. Other companies based in Cambridge include Astra Zeneca, Frontier Developments, United Drug, the avionics department of Dassault, Johnson Mathey Noble Metals, Xaar, Beko, and similar. It should in my mind simply put up a huge fuck-off banner in the middle of the city saying, "DESPITE BREXIT."

Unfortunately it is also riven with champagne socialists and the virtue signalling brigade. I dare say that more than a few of the kids who go to this school have their transgender role imposed on them because Mummy and Daddy saw their darling little fuck trophy playing with a toy truck rather than the Barbie doll they got for her.

In the 1990s I went to school there for a couple of years while my family lived nearby. Visited and had a wander round said school and noticed it had transgender bogs. As in, there were ladies toilets, gents toilets next door, a disabled toilet, and a fourth toilet with the transgender symbol on it. The temptation to marker-pen an attack helicopter on said door was quite large.

But at least it isn't as plagued as, say, Brighton.
