Material by John Coltrane, McCoy Tyner (in fact he was pianist on a few Coltrane albums) and Dave Brubeck; hard to pick just a few from them, IMO they can do no wrong.

Favorite Things might be my favorite on the album:
"Offering", much quieter, with less chaotic sax (he had Pharoah Sanders on his albums at this point) than the rest of the album:
