I'm sure Bob noticed. He was unable to tackle any of it. He probably resigned himself to just letting it go. Kinda sad, as from what we know, he was fairly active in keeping up the house and yard. But sometimes shit falls so far you cease caring.
Besides, Chris will just blame everything on the bugs that troll him.
