They have alot in common. Ed Gein is a good example of what chris might of been in the 50s. Anyone eles think so?

EDIT: no im not saying he would of killed anyone just would of had the same deserted life style.

Not this again...

If Chris was in the 50's he'd either be in an asylum or doing exactly what he is now. Ed was the hoarder, not his mother. Augusta was a super neat freak and crazy religious disciplinarian. Blarb couldn't be arsed shifting her coli-tic backside of the sofa to go to church on a Sunday, never mind preach hell-fire at Chris about how all women are whores... Especially literal whores. Blarb has always made Chris feel like he's a super special miracle snowflake and doesn't berate him for the pathetic loser he will inevitably become.

Chris thinks a lot of women despite being a sexist pig. He is also completely unfit and has no survival skills unlike Ed who was a hunter.

Chris is a coward, not a murderer. When it's fight or flight, my money is on flight every time.

This is a really stupid thread. Everybody "eles" seems to think so as well.

Chris might talk big, but he's not a killer. The only way he'd kill anyone is by accident. He might try to take a swing, but ultimately he'd fall well short of doing anything that would cause any big harm.

Lemme spell it out to you: For all of his problems, Chris is not Hitler. He's not a serial killer either. Hell, for all the jokes, Chris isn't a mother fucker (in the literal sense) either. He's just a sad, stupid, lonely man who made stupid choices when it came to being online and because of how overprotective his family is/was, he assumed that the world would bow to his wants and needs. And was then surprised when it didn't, yet still continued to make the same mistakes because he refused to acknowledge that reality. He's not a monster, not in the sense that most of us would truly call a monster. He's just pathetic, is all.

just hear me out if chris was born in the 50s he wouldnt of had vidya or the internet to distract him and may have gotten another interest, after all all autistics obsess over something. and if he lived in a farm house with only barb it would have been pretty much like it. except the house would be worst. not to mention there wasnt mcdonalds around back then (as far as i know) so he would of been fitter. im not saying he would of been a murder im just saying he would of had the same kinda life style coz ed was cut off from the rest of the world to and his whole town thought eh was a freak not to mention how he would creeply stare at girls and the tom girl thing. im not saying there identical just unlike in some ways.

He'd just be a lazy idiot without vidya.

not necessarily, remember he dose have an average intelligence he just has no common sense or social skills. also he wouldnt of had family guy and shit to influence him. plus he has the same kinda political views of ed, all tho they were normal back in the 50s.

No, see the problem with saying that he'd be like Ed Gein is that you're implying that he'd have made a woman suit at some point in time.

If Chris was born in the 50s, odds are that he'd probably have been about the same as he is now. I doubt that Barb or Bob would have moved too far out into the country, so he'd have access to a smaller city or the like. He might even have been slightly better off, since I doubt he'd have qualified for disability back then. Autism wasn't really diagnosed as widely back then, so they'd just think that he was stupid. That means that Chris would have had to get a job in order to help out with the home life. Which means that he'd have been slightly more socialized and more likely to actually work. I see him being about the equivalent of an unpleasant blue collar redneck when you get down to it.
