I wonder if Chris still thinks his mom could give him a sibling.

I think he's vaguely aware of menopause. I'm not sure how he thinks about its specifics towards his mother. He might think she's gone through menopause, but he's never talked about it. So you could probably flip a coin on the subject.

Chances are she had already begun menopause when he bitched about not having a sibling in high school. Maybe that's why he bitched about it.

Chances are she was beginning menopause when she got pregnant with Chris. Wasn't she 45 or some ridiculous age?
