This was discussed in passing in the FB-post-specific threads, but more insight into this would be nice. Tracking down Chris' weight, via his Weigh-In Video for Jackie and self-reported ones via Facebook posts (and making a few assumptions about when he weighs himself), this is the trend I noticed:
Oct. 25, 2010 - 216 lbs.
<2.5 years pass>
July 23, 2013 - 220 lbs. ("down to" 220 lbs.)
Oct. 15, 2013 - 213 lbs.
Jan. 4, 2014 - 202 lbs.
Lots of people here have speculated that the weight loss is due to spending more money on vidya, Lego sets, a possible Life Upgrade, medical bills for Barb, and legal fees. He still probably eats at McD's and others, but I can imagine he's had to eat up to 1-2 unhealthy, greasy, calorie-dense meals a day, with hardly enough tugboat left for snacks, so he's probably been starving due to necessity. Also, he still lives a sedentary lifestyle with zero actual cardio, exercise or muscle stimulation. Some thoughts though:
(1) Why does OPL suddenly care so much about his weight? He cares enough to check once in a while, and post the number on Facebook. Maybe a doctor told him he desperately needed to lose weight or he'd kick the bucket? Or he just wants to destroy the "myth" among "trolls" that he is fat?
(2) How astronomically high do you think OPL's Body Fat Percentage is? Granted, it's probably better now than it was a year ago, due to lowered caloric intake. (BMI-wise, he's no longer technically "obese") But goddamn. It's probably at 35-40% which is still dangerously unhealthy.
