Thanks, wasn't aware that there were other circumstances or that he was engaged to a Chinese woman. Makes sense. Either way, if he's dropping truth bombs on the Jankes, might not be the worst idea to be out of NATO countries for a bit.

If I had one criticism I would have made it clearer that Nick believed Chris saw the character Pappy Van Poodle in Rusty's Real Deal Baseball because you only encounter him if you pay for the game's micro transactions at full price without haggling. Basically Nick assumed Chris was too autistic and reckless with money to be able to haggle.

I could be wrong but wasn't there a leak that revealed Chris spent full price on the games?

IIRC he believed Chris did it because he had a habit of spending a lot of money on games, and he was simply one of the few people on the English speaking internet who played that game that far back.

true, that kinda thing is pretty easy clicks, but ill give him the benefit of the doubt and say Nick never seemed like the kinda guy that'd use Chris of all things as a plot for views. he might cruise on the incidental attention, sure, but I don't think he'd lie about actually believing Chris mightve been the first person to see the character if he didnt believe there's a chance it's true

Yeah, I think it's definetely something Nick believed. I think the language Chris used when recalling the game kind of highlights how he could have been swayed to pay full price. While the dimensional merge stuff was more recent, we've seen as far back as the Asperchu saga Chris believes fictional characters have their own feelings. So you could see how Chris would be swayed by a cartoon dog telling him that haggling will put him out of business.

Jesus Christ, Part 72. I stopped watching around Part 30 because I can't stand Chris' fagginess and Geno calling him a “she”—rate me autistic but it just doesn't work for me.

I also became disappointed with how timeline-adhering it is, it makes for an awful narrative experience. Many documentaries play with the time to make them more enganging. Geno would rather talk an hour about the most boring week in Chris' life instead of releasing videos on a single topic, while following a chronological order. For example, Bob's death could've been a special about him, not just a passing sentence before Chris' subsequent absence.

I think we all have mixed views on this documentary and the quality and validity as a 'documentary' but regardless of your issues I think Genosamuel does the best he can considering the sources. What else would you like him to do? It really is a comprehensive history since he is going by the Cwcki which is still the most valuable and most densely compacted source on Chris's history with the least amount of bullshit you can find. What would you have him do to improve it?
