Containment Chris-Chan Interviews

I feel like I am out of the loop here. What is the joke referencing?

Going by the small thumbnail that someone shared a few pages back; it looks like something dripping off of his face (someone made a passing joke that it looked like he gave himself a cum facial - which it kinda does, at a passing glance) . But, apparently, it's bandages from a skateboard accident- which doesn't look at all like it should. And if it is, that is some pretty sloppy first aid dressing.

Personally, I think was an attempt at a not so subtle facial joke; because I'm really not buying the 'he had a skateboard accident' claim. If I'm wrong in that assumption - oh, well; won't be the first time that happened.

While it would have been nice to have Chris answer things like, "why do you worship a cpu when you know a troll talked you into doing it" or have his thoughts on his arrest and upcoming court date, that video is pretty funny. Some of the highlights:

Chris on North Korea: "where they freed the people from....dat country".

I loled when Chris said he liked the atmosphere of the place and acts all polite when he says he has his phones turned off because *he waves his hand around to show he's that in a nice tea room* and a second later he's screaming at the top of his lungs, "live from New York...it's Saturday Night Live!!!"

His mom probably took his bike helmet off
Umm, I don't think it was a bike helmet that sped was wearing...

don't make any more videos. this includes your shitty speed running

This. Absolutely!

But, let's not kid ourselves - he's going to pull a CWC and only listen to the people encouraging further content. The people giving him real advice (i.e. - the ones telling him not to make any more videos) will be ignored/labeled as haters.

I don't think the guy was a ween, and I think it's cool he took Chris out to have some fun. Hell my problem isn't even really that he filmed it (even though I think they should have just hung out.) The problem is his attention whoring sets a precedent. Soon people will realize that if they show up with some fanart they took 30 seconds on Chris will hang out with them. Then we have 300 faggots with shitty no content interviews coming here for attention and asspats. Better to discourage the first faggot than to deal the copycats.

The problem is that if that's your goal, you've already failed. This guy wasn't the first person to interview Chris in person and I doubt he'll be the last.

What advice? I think I was the only person in this thread of speds to actually offer real advice. Everyone else is just bitching.

If you're going to interview Chris ask him some personal awkward questions to make it entertaining. That's one thing I can say about Braveryjerk, he wasn't afraid to take the kid gloves off. If Chris gets mad and walks away than at least it won't be something that we haven't seen before.

For a second there, with the "narcissicist" question, I thought OP was actually going to ask Chris some vaguely interesting questions. And Chris brought up the fact he believes he's in a polygamous, bisexual marriage with his own OC cartoon animals, for fuck's sake; how do you interview someone who volunteers that shit, but then let it pass without comment, like he'd said something totally unremarkable?

Still, kinda weirdly interesting/captivating/abhorrent seeing Chris relaxed enough to lapse into full autist mode, with the endless bizarre, falsetto cartoon impressions that he clearly thinks people enjoy so much. Seemed almost like a weird courting ritual for him. And I love how, at mere mention of MLP, Chris' first response is "Well, if *I* lived in that cartoon, I'd be super-duper important and prestigious, because of how super-duper important I am in the cartoon where I REALLY live. Just so you know...". But narcissistic? Nah, why would anyone even think that?

There's always gonna be some youtubers who are out prioritizing views for their channel over anything of substance. Their channel will be doomed from the start because of it. However, if there's a way to properly "interview" Chris, it's to make it less formal, more casual. Indulge him, let him talk about things going on with his life, eventually he'll let some things we didn't know about, slip out through conversation and :autism:.

I want to say I don't have a problem with the idea of an interview, but so far most(all?) have been to mostly show how Chris has autism and that he's weird, or the interviewer trying to get under his skin. Just be cool, grab a beer or something, let him relax and he'll talk about himself probably without even prompting.
