Most neurotypicals see autistics as defective or weak because autists lack so much understanding of the social environment. At the same time NT's can't understand the unique world the autist has created behind his own eyes, and can't admit their own limitations. It's easier just to say autist = weak, trans = weak, so they must be protected at all costs - "maybe I can't stick up for myself but at least I can stick up for society's weakest". Autists are seen as subhuman so they aren't responsible for their actions, in the same way cats are worshipped as innocents despite wreaking havoc on the ecosystem.

She was reacting to Chris' confession call like it was phone sex. The text from the Chris Chad meme was sent to Bella, and the whole tone is similar to Chris' other cyber sex emails. He also seemed to be reporting back on techniques he's tried, possibly that Bella had suggested. Bella was flicking her moldy bean to the idea of Chris fucking his mom for months, but that doesn't mean she made him do it.
Chris is his own biggest troll. Sooner or later he realizes his "friends" are playing kick the autistic and he wants to play too, only he always kicks the hardest. Chris was always going to drink his own cum, autistically play with sex toys, make sex tapes with what's at hand and rage at anyone who perceives has wronged him. Chris is in the weakest caste of society so NT's are unable to critically evaluate him, to do some would be X-phobic. To most people, Chris personally isn't interesting, only what he represents. The idea that pronoun privileges are basic manners that can be revoked if a person is behaving antisocially is more interesting. Calling Chris a he has the effect of reminding other troons that they not real women, forcing a stressful internal conflict from believing two contradictory ideas. They're trying to make a "social construct" where nothing will ever remind trans people they're living out of step with reality and then these unicorns will finally stop killing themselves.
The only people who want to know about Chris are other autists who want to see what happens if don't do what you're supposed to do and antisocial true crime/abnormal psychology buffs. Otherwise he's just a puzzle piece for their world view.
