Last time Chris got off I think because of his history with Michael Snyder. Snyder was a local business owner, with a long history of having Chris as a customer, painfully aware of Chris' internet fame (I think he even was interviewed by Christorians once), whom had enough exposure to him that he genuinely wanted Chris to get some help, and generally had some sympathy for the poor bloke. As far as I know/remember, Chris never really did any property damage to Snyder's shop either, generally just was a hassle up until his ban. (and kind of ran him over once or twice later, but..)
Apart from the property damage, Gamestop is large enough and profit driven enough to not know who the hell Chris is nor care about him on any personal level respectively. Plus Chris now has a longstanding record of this kind of behavior, a good deal of it documented officially with the law. I think Chris has finally put himself into a situation where he won't be able to worm his way out.
I love Chris as much as the next Kiwi, but maybe its better this way. He's gone from being a hassle to a vandal to an assaulter, shows no sign of remorse when he does these kinds of things (unless forced to by Snorlax or his lawyers in court), and zero indication of turning his life around. He's getting worse. I never thought of Chris as someone who could do anybody any real genuine harm, I don't believe anyone really has, but he keeps getting more and more outlandish, and more and more violent.
