Hey guys,

I don't know if any of you play Super Mario Maker, but Chris is apparently interested. Watching his Miiverse profile for new posts I was able to catch the codes for a few of his levels before the Miiverse posts were deleted. They're pretty awful.

How do they play in comparison to fellow cow andrew dobsons levels ?
 
I'm interested. The way SMM works, it's nearly impossible to make a completely terrible level, unless you do something totally :stupid: like make a level that's literally impossible to finish. Chris's trademark laziness and lack of creativity may not be the dealbreaker here.
 
Calling it; OPL's levels are all either extremely easy - so he can actually complete them, full of random crap courtesy of his "More is better" mentality, full of lesbian shit - I dunno how customisable the game is - or any combination of the above.
 
I'm not planning on getting Mario Maker, but from some of the stuff I've seen, some things can be pretty cringe worthy


Knowing Chris, he probably has "Sonichu" or something written out with coin blocks.

That, or he'll try to do something in regards to Autism like he did in LBP.

Either way, I don't have the game, so who am I to judge?
 
I mean ostensibly this game is a reaction to the ROM hack community, right? As a way to capitalize on the market of people who want to create or play custom levels. It serves a legit purpose. There will be people who design some pretty cool levels.

If only chris has some drafting or design background that would help him see a big working picture of level design, instead of just a bunch of random ideas thought out one by one and haphazardly strewn together. I hope he makes another level about autism, but on the other hand how can he NOT make a level about autism.
 
I have the game and I have the Wii U. I'm scared to play them, plus I have to go to work soon.
 
I'll see if I can get some footage of gameplay sometime today. (I don't know if she can take them down, but she might take them down by the time I get to them)

There we go. (Finally...)

The second code didn't work for some reason, but the first and third did. I have to say I had some fun.

EDIT: Here's part 2 for the other levels that I missed.
