I have only been able to read mostly the highlights of this thread because the Chris shit is dropping so fast I can't keep up.
I did look into the Juvenile and Domestic Relations court to see exactly what that means. No surprise that it primarily deals with young offenders. The JDR court is excluded from online records and documents. I believe one could still get the documents on an adult if they went directly to the clerk of the court.
What does this mean going forward? Essentially, if Chris is charged as a misdemeanor it will stay in JDR court and if a felony it will be transferred to the circuit court. JDR judges can, with very little effort, keep the courtroom closed while the circuit court would have to have a compelling reason to do so.

My guess is that they will try and keep Chris in JDR for as long as possible but Chris still has a right to a speedy trial so they really can't wait too long before deciding how to proceed with him. I imagine that the September date will be the preliminary hearing to determine if the case will be transferred to circuit court based on whether he charged as a felony. Again, none of this info is available online, (that I could find), because it is family court.
If the Gunt, (cringe), or normie journalists, (also cringe), become our primary source of information we will be fairly bling to what is really happening.
